  description
  The complex is composed of a main house (completely restructured) and of five outbuildings. The terrain, of around 8000 square meters, is divided into a vineyard, olive groves, an orchard, a lawn, and a garden. All the vineyards and olive groves are fully functioning, and the estate produces 1750 liters of wine and 100 kg of olive oil every year. The complex is situated in the Lupinare area, on a hill planted with olives and protected woodland (area of protection and plant repopulation).

  characteristics
  The main house is perched on a hill with views in nearly every direction. The
architecure of the central house, all in old stone, is brillianly rustic, complete with arches and pillars all along the exterior and interior (on both levels). The house is well-lit, the lighting comfortable, and the overall impression stunning.
The five outbuildings, to be restored, consist of several guesthouses, animal
recovery facilities, and vinification structures. The restructuring of the main
house and the systemization of the lawn, garden and driveway were done between 1996 and 1997 by the building contractors Terzo Barbi of Sinalunga, with project leader and work director Geom. Fabio Barbetti. The driveway and the principal square are illuminated by two lanterns. The car entrance is equipped with an automatic gate, while the walking entrance also has a small gate. The entire property is enclosed by a wrought-iron fencings mounted on
old stone walls, or by metallic fences (around the vineyard, olive groves, orchards and garden). The vineyard and the olive grove are accessible (for agricultural
equipment), thanks to a gate located in the rear from a small dirt farm-road. The main house was completely restructured. The main house dates from the 18th century, while the annexes were built in this century and the last.

The house is subdivided into:
- Ground floor: an entrance, bathroom with shower and laundry, wine cellars, drawing room with fireplace and crossed vaults in original red bricks.
- Upper floor: sandstone stairs coming from the downstairs drawing room. Two grand master bedrooms; two double bedrooms (one of these with its own lodge); a big bathroom with a window, bath, and shower (with glass set in the brickwork); a small bathroom with a window and shower; a double-sized kitchen with fireplace, sink, skullery and a living/dining area. From the double kitchen one can enter through a double door (wood and glass) into a lodge with four brick arches with views of the entire countryside. Roof in original red brick and old wood beams (also original).
