Along the "Chiantigiana" road across the sweet slopes, one enters the Chianti valleys through Greve, Castellina, Radda and other villages famous for wine and oil, enjoying beautiful sceneries.
Not too far from the estate, Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Monteriggioni, Greve in Chianti and the very old Badia a Passignano.

The villa has the typical layout of the XVI C. villas of which it still retains the look, and it originally had a rectangular floor plan which later was joined by two lateral bodies which have earned the plant the present "U" shape. The building is on two levels plus a basement and it is characterized by a slender central tower, framed openings with stone details and a large central portal. The side overlooking the Val di Pesa dominates the valley by a prime hillside location. The opposite side is qualified by a wide courtyard paved in stone, enclosed on three sides and enhanced by a double row of porch.
Internally, on the ground floor there are three large rooms with coffered ceilings in wood, used as study, office and lounge, together with service rooms, lobbies, hallways, kitchen and a valuable frescoed chapel. The upper floor accommodates eight bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a living room with hallways and closets. An impressive fresco dominates a wall of the main hall with the painted wooden coat of arms, belonging to the Counts, ancestors of the actual owners.

The ex farm is a rural building located a few meters from the villa, in which were concentrated all activities related to agricultural processing for the production of wine and oil, completely renovated in 2000. On the ground floor we can find the cellars for ageing, the kitchens, pantries and laundry, a large dining room with bathrooms. On the upper floor six independent guesthouses, equipped with private bathroom, heating, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV system.
